Responsibilities
Working with the Migration Leads, will be expected to manage and implement tasks and deliverables associated with the SharePoint Site migration including but not limited to: Readying a SharePoint Online Site for Migration. Using ShareGate to migrate sites or portions of sites. Conducting quality checks on the sites post migration for completeness. Building new SPO sites and designing landing pages. Configuring SPO Sites (including enhanced site setups). Supporting the re-creation of site permissions. Creating and maintaining documentation.
Troubleshoot user challenges with SPO Sites.
Work independently and within a team structure.

Required
Have strong customer service skills.
Share best practices across the team.
Communicate clearly, apply strong writing and presentation skills.
Understand and support Client SharePoint services model.
Proficient in SharePoint Online and ShareGate.
Excellent task management, customer service, and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Preferred
Proficiency in AvePoint, a plus.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills and ability to use JSON and Power Automate, a plus.
