Responsibilities

Leverage clinical and data domain knowledge to build data extract, delivery, and transformation processes to meet user requirements.

Build individual and integrated data domains and datamarts as needed with analytical data transformations to support Dashboards and other systems of insight.

Work with the latest tools to maintain data in repositories.

Apply Agile practice/ DevSecOps and Design thinking principles.

Drive initiatives through analysis, design, test, and implementation phases, execute operational tasks, work on processes automation, troubleshoot, and devise solutions to user issues and enhancement requests.

Required

4-7 years demonstrated ability in data technical solutions.

Working Experience of Agile practices using Rally.

Understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).

Knowledge of cloud-based data services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with deploying and managing data solutions in the cloud.

Proficient in SQL, PySpark, Databricks, DBT, Github, Airflow

Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proficient in using Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Lucidchart, and other productivity software, to enhance communication, collaboration, and workflow efficiency.
