Responsibilities

Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation.

Develops sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.

Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.

Compiles performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

Works under general supervision.

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering or Aerospace related field, from an ABET accredited program

Experience working with Quality Standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14000

2+ years’ experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions

2+ years’ experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, Boeing specifications (BAC), change, design)

2+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; developing conclusions
