Responsibilities

Maintain records of academic requests, including intake and upload to shared database (FERPA training will be required);

Assist with the front desk reception area and answering general questions;

Assist with answering general email inquiries;

Assist in developing educational materials related to CHSS undergraduate student population;

Assist with data analysis and report development;

Attend staff meetings as needed; and

Assist with special projects as needed.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Office administration experience

Customer service experience

Proficiency in MS Office and One Drive

Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience working in a higher-education setting

Experience handling highly sensitive documents and information

Knowledge of university policies, procedures, practices, and university organization

Proficiency in Adobe Pro, Banner, and other similar software
