Responsibilities
Collaborate with the VCO team to analyze data and identify root causes of business challenges.
Develop recommendations and present them to senior leadership to drive problem-solving.
Own a portfolio of initiatives, working under supervision to successfully implement improvements.
Support tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor initiative value delivery.
Identify, plan, and execute new value creation opportunities across the business.
Manage Transition Services Agreements (TSAs) and support M&A strategy as needed.
Provide direction to external advisors, including consulting firms and law firms.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
3+ years of work experience in a relevant analytical role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and projects.
Preferred
Experience at a top-tier consulting firm is strongly preferred.
Commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
Experience with analytical and data visualization tools is a plus.
Strong work ethic and motivation.
Excellent prioritization skills and ability to focus on high ROI work.
