Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team and cross-departmental revenue functions to design solutions that streamline workflows and enable data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with the team and cross-departmentally to develop Sales playbook and align it with Customer Success playbook
Implement build and configuration changes in Salesforce and Hubspot to facilitate ideal processes and workflows
Own day-to-day maintenance of and improvements to the business tech stack, including data structure, workflows, user roles, and permissions
Support data governance by improving data reliability through build and process changes, implementing rules, and automation
Own administrative functions in Salesforce and Hubspot, including user provisioning and troubleshooting
Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other tools in the tech stack like HubSpot, Gainsight, and Intercom

Required

Experience in SaaS Revenue Operations at a B2B company
Familiarity with Sales and Marketing playbooks
Passion for processes and their power to guide teams and ensure reliable capture and maintenance of business data
Experience in designing and building workflows in Salesforce and Hubspot
Detail-oriented and proactive steward of systems and data
Experience in implementing build and configuration changes in Salesforce and Hubspot
Ability to collaborate with cross-departmental teams to design solutions and streamline workflows
Ownership of day-to-day maintenance and improvements to business tech stack
Support for data governance and improving reliability of business data
Experience in owning administrative functions in Salesforce and Hubspot
Experience in overseeing integrations between Salesforce and other tools in the tech stack
Understanding of market, key players, and how the organization supports them
Understanding of customer journey from lead through sale and ongoing success and retention
Understanding of product and how it's viewed by leads, prospects, and customers
Understanding of existing tech stack including Salesforce, Hubspot, Gainsight, and other integrated tools
Understanding of existing revenue operations processes and providing feedback based on previous experience
Understanding of revenue metrics and reports
Ability to manage underlying build supporting Salesforce implementation and existing automations
Ability to manage Hubspot build and how it enables sales, marketing, and CS workflows
Ability to identify gaps in existing workflows and recommend improvements
Ability to develop a roadmap for tech stack and define priorities
Ability to design and implement improvements to tech stack and processes
Collaboration with CS Ops to optimize Gainsight implementation and integration with Salesforce
Support in defining and tracking KPIs measuring adoption and efficiency of RevOps workflows and data entry
