Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of 2-3 Account Managers and the operations of 400-600 residential units.
Foster positive relationships with your team and portfolio to drive growth and enhance retention rates.
Actively pursue new business opportunities to expand your portfolio and increase revenue.
Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and implement strategies for achieving revenue and operational objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners, and intervene in critical situations as necessary.
Conduct daily analysis of reports and key variables to proactively manage portfolios and mitigate issues.
Obtain active PM license in DC and Sales Licenses in DC, VA, and MD with company support.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in property management, sales, or account management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multifamily property portfolios and drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
A collaborative and motivating team player with a kind demeanor.
Highly analytical and well-organized.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Preferred
Experience with real estate investments and/or financial analysis is advantageous.
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software programs.
