Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with the overall business strategy and goals.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive the successful development and launch of products.
Define and prioritize features based on a deep understanding of customer requirements and business impact.
Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create an exceptional user experience for our products.
Drive product pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with the pricing team.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager in computer and network security.
Proven experience in managing products within open-source projects, including active engagement with open-source communities and contributors.
Strong understanding of cyber security technology.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful products.
Technical skills, including proficiency in: Active Directory, Identity and Access Management, threat detection and prevention, vulnerability assessment, security compliance and regulations
