Responsibilities
Ensures Health and Safety compliance and acts in a safe manner always
Drives customer relationships and growth for assigned accounts
Scopes potential projects, provides cost estimation quotes, and technical proposal preparation for clients
Provides technical support for proposal preparation, project cost estimates, and subcontractor selection
Coordinates resources, schedules, and assists with project setup
Develops relationships with key customers and understands their needs
Directs personnel in operational procedures, labor, and equipment requirements for field service projects
Participates in joint sales calls, ensures project operational excellence, health & safety, change order management, and customer satisfaction
Ensures proper communication with foreman/supervisor, health & safety organization, and management
Trains and mentors Field Service Foreman, completes performance reviews, and performs other assigned duties
Documents competitive issues and conveys findings to management

Required
High School diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
5+ years of experience in Environmental Services (i.e. remediation, abatement, emergency spill response, etc.)
Knowledge of scoping/pricing of Environmental Services work
Ability to work in a high demand, fast-paced, fluctuating, deadline-oriented environment
Leadership and supervisory skills
Knowledge of equipment
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficiency in Windows based applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
RCRA, OSHA and DOT compliance proficiency preferred
