Responsibilities
Develop a robust and scalable React components library to enhance team velocity and product quality.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to drive the adoption of design systems.
Support digital accessibility efforts to comply with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
Provide tooling, guidance, and best practices to empower designers and engineers.
Play an essential role in delivering top-quality products.

Required
5+ years on a cross-functional team releasing consumer-grade products and features
A track record translating Figma designs into performant React components that flex and scale
Strong understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Experience with accessibility testing and tooling on both web and mobile
A systems thinker with an attention to–and appreciation of–design details
Dedication to documentation, education, and evangelism of all things design systems
Drive to evolve the standards and practices that make our teams great
Ability to quickly make informed decisions and move with urgency
Passion for communication and collaboration, with a track record for generating visibility and cultivating partnerships
A team player invested in fostering belonging on the team and throughout the org
