Responsibilities
Manage an IDIQ contract, with multiple task orders and subcontractors.
Program Management with adherence to non-personal services performance standards.
Oversee all program activities in support of the PWS objectives.
Plan, direct, control, schedule, coordinate, and organize utilization and management of tasks. Performance areas include contract and program management, business process engineering, implementation planning, implementation and integration, system technical requirements, system security, testing and validation, training, configuration management, sustainment, and innovation.
Organize, direct, and coordinate the estimating, planning, conducting, producing, monitoring, and reporting of all the contractor's personnel support activities.
Maintain, implement, and manage the Program Management Plan (PMP), using it as a management tool to implement a 36,000-user ERP solution, and drive program success.
Oversee the development and maintenance of an Integrated Master schedule showing all aspects related to development, testing, training, and fielding the ERP solution.
Develop / oversee the development and maintenance of a Quality Management Plan (QMP), Risk Management Plan (RMP), Communications Plan, and other elements of the PMP.
Enforce the plans.
Collaborate with customer to support and deliver requirements.
Conduct quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
Ensure accountability across the team of assigned team leads and their teams (cloud engineers, cyber security specialist, solution architects, network engineers, project control specialists, information assurance specialists, helpdesk specialists, operations analysts, audit analysts, and more)
Adherence to the FAR / DFARS.
Other duties, as assigned.

Required
Master’s degree or greater.
At least 10-15 years’ successful enterprise-wide IT implementations, with performance areas like the assigned contract (See Duties and Responsibilities).
Level 3 Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Program Manager or Program / Project Management Professional (PgMP / PMP), preferred.
Contract delivery subject to the FAR / DFARS.
Potentially 25% travel.
