Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and oversee the execution of integrated marketing programs to build brand awareness and product adoption globally.
Own seasonal storytelling and establish the narrative for product launches aligned with a creative approach.
Craft insights-driven creative briefs to inspire internal creative teams and partners.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop advertising, activations, and content.
Communicate clear sales goals and share insights with the organization.
Collaborate with various teams to develop omni-channel plans.
Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Share marketing strategies, program results, and industry trends within the organization.
Manage production and media budgets in partnership with relevant teams.

Required

8+ years of brand management experience in the fashion, footwear or culture space.
Highly strategic, creatively minded and results oriented marketer with a proven track record in campaign development and brand storytelling.
Practical experience running a wide variety of marketing programs that have successfully scaled across channels; from seasonal shoots to brand campaigns.
Strong ability to translate product insights, cultural trends and merchandising details into unique narratives and super sharp briefs that inspire creatives.
Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, and ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional and agency partners that facilitate team success.
Ability to extract insights from multiple data sources, and make informed decisions that balance the art and science required to build a lasting brand.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated, team player that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Relentlessly curious and knowledgeable about the consumer and their world.
Possess a growth mindset and will foster a test-and-learn approach.
