Responsibilities

Define the strategic vision and long-term goals for digital wealth products.

Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer interviews to identify market opportunities and trends.

Partner with Chief Revenue Officer to align on opportunity pipeline.

Develop and communicate product roadmaps that align with the company's overall strategy.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product strategies with business goals.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of product initiatives.

Monitor and report on product performance, including revenue growth, customer adoption, user engagement, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Identify opportunities for product optimization, enhancements, and feature updates based on data-driven insights.

Collaborate with product marketing team to define go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and target customer segments.

Provide product insights and market intelligence to support the development of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and competitive analysis.

Collaborate on product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive product awareness and adoption.

Collaborate with Pre-sales and Sales team to understand customer requirements, competitive landscape, and market trends.

Provide product training and support to the Pre-sales and Sales team.

Responsible for ensuring healthy ROI for product(s) being managed.

Identify personas & user journeys for entire product offering.

Collaborate with design team and own product experience.

Act as a subject matter expert during sales meetings, addressing technical and product-related inquiries.

Perform other duties as assigned.
