Responsibilities
Manage, grow, and develop a team of technical program managers, fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and performance
Lead the service-aligned TPM team, defining strategy and vision, and building buy-in with partners and internal customers
Develop, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators to optimize operational investment
Lead large-scope programmatic technical operations enhancements across the global fleet
Collaborate with project stakeholders to define and deliver milestones, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities
Provide concise written and verbal communication to stakeholders, including senior executives, tailoring the communication to specific audiences

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience
7+ years of technical product or program management experience
5+ years of people management in a high performing technical program management or engineering environment
Preferred
Master’s Degree or advanced professional degree.
Good understanding of data center technologies.
Familiarity with the AWS product suite.
Experience of leading teams across multiple locations.
Experience with and deep understanding of multiple project management methodologies.
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.
