Responsibilities

Install and configure SAP applications on Linux-based servers.

Perform system upgrades and apply patches to SAP environments.

Configure and manage SAP system landscapes (development, test, production).

Monitor SAP system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Conduct regular system maintenance tasks including backups, restores, and disaster recovery planning.

Manage user access and security within SAP systems.

Optimize system performance through regular tuning and maintenance.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in SAP applications and Linux environments.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP users.

Collaborate with SAP functional and development teams to address system-related issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Generate and analyze system performance and usage reports.

Report on system health and recommend improvements.
