Responsibilities

Enter all project data into Jira, maintaining the system for the leadership team and ensuring goal alignment

Gather and prioritize project requirements, articulate the project and roadmap, and identify risks and challenges

Ensure timely completion of engineering tasks, regulatory compliance, and effective communication across all divisions

Develop KPIs, report weekly progress to management, and work on strategic initiatives with the leadership team

Must have previous tech company experience and know Jira well

This departments scrums led by this role occur each morning at 9am EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Looking to learn or enhance project management, engineering, financial, general business and startup skills

Enter all project data into Jira, maintaining the system for the leadership team and helping everyone keep on track and meet goals

Work closely with leadership, engineering, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize project requirements for the pricing team

Articulate the project and roadmap to the development teams

Identify potential risks and challenges related to product development, proactively addressing issues and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes

Ensure that engineering tasks are completed on or before scheduled and to spec

Consistently ensure that we are meeting regulatory compliance in all aspects of our products

Maintain communication across all divisions of the company

Develop KPIs and communicate weekly progress to management

Work side by side with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth

TEAM PLAYER

You have worked with Jira before either in a tech startup or in a product/engineering department

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

Resourceful, with a strong ability to develop solutions, build relationships, and see opportunities that others might miss
