Responsibilities
Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with digital product management and technical colleagues to ensure customer-centric digital experiences.
Engage with business partners to develop business justifications and align on tradeoffs and prioritization decisions.
Articulate business requirements and work with solution architects and technical teams to build optimal solutions.
Monitor market, competitive, and technology trends to shape strategy and roadmaps.
Lead technology and data process roadmaps in partnership with engineering leaders.
Prioritize customer value and improve the digital ecosystem.
Own results and ensure safety, security, compliance, and ethical values.
Drive continuous improvement and hold self and others accountable.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5+ years product management experience developing product strategy and with a proven track record of roadmap delivery
Experience leading project teams with multi-functional, multi-business, and/or distributed team members
Experience leading through data-driven priorities and resources across a matrixed global organization. Working on global products that have regional considerations
Experience working within agile methodologies and frameworks
Excellent verbal, written and presentation interpersonal skills, able to operate in a matrixed environment via strong facilitation and consensus building skills
Strong customer and customer experience focus, proven understanding of digital technology enablement
Owns results, taking personal responsibility for safety, security, compliance and Thermo Fisher ethics and values
Is intellectually curious and holds self and others accountable for continuous improvement
