Responsibilities
Create compelling and visually appealing interactive motion graphics, animations, and micro-interactions for web and mobile devices.
Design interactive CSS elements and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with design and development teams for seamless integration of graphics and functionalities.
Produce storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.
Implement design feedback and iterate based on user testing and analytics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and digital design.

Required
Pursuing Master's degree or recently completed a Master's degree in UI/UX, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
Expert in Figma, and optionally Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Expert understanding of interactive CSS, HTML, and React.JS for designing interactive elements.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in motion graphics, animation, and web design.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
Expert with responsive design principles and mobile-first design methodologies.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
Experience with video editing and multimedia production.
