Responsibilities

Develop quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

Integrate contractual and Boeing QMS requirements into all aspects of proposals, program processes and documentation.

Participate in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs (PCA, FCA, ATP, etc.).

Review, reconcile and report nonconformance performance and issues.

Perform analysis and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

Perform benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

Perform detailed Quality Engineering investigations, implement effective Root Cause Corrective Action, and provide objective evidence of results.

Identify repetitive or significant non-conformances for corrective action.

Perform internal auditing, surveillance, and monitoring.

Required

Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.

3+ years of experience of reading blueprints and working with requirements.

3+ years of experience in Quality / AS9100 / Quality Processes

Ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
