Responsibilities
Monitor building system operations and performance.
Perform plumbing, electrical work, heating, and cooling on equipment such as air handlers, chillers, pumps, valves, etc.
Organize and perform a preventative maintenance schedule.
Manage the energy management program to ensure all systems operate efficiently.
Maintain the building lighting system and oversee controls.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including customer service.
Experience with on-call work preferred for unexpected emergency situations.

Required
5+ years experience in HVAC engineer or building engineer role
Knowledge of building management systems and controls
Experience with computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) and working off work orders
Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Preferred
Experience with on-call work preferred for unexpected emergency situations
No license required
