Responsibilities

Actively participate in hands-on lab activities focusing on mammalian cell culture and antibody-based assays

Work independently on all aspects of cell maintenance, expansion, preservation, and general handling

Perform basic data analysis and keep accurate records of work performed

Collaborate with a team of professionals in a laboratory setting

Contribute to antibody product development

Required

BS in life sciences

At least 1 years experience at the bench in academia or industry (has to be actual hands on, not just in class / theory)

Comfortable with basic data analysis and ability to keep accurate records of work performed

At least one year of mammalian cell culture experience and must be fully independent on all aspects of cell maintenance, expansion, preservation, and general handling

Experience working with immunoassays (Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry.)

Experience with protein purification (gravity flow and FPLC based purification)
