Responsibilities
Take the lead in monitoring building system operations and performance using a range of skills such as plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling.
Work on equipment including air handlers, chillers, pumps, valves and more.
Organizing and performing preventative maintenance schedules will be a crucial part of your role.
Manage the energy management program to ensure all systems operate efficiently and keep operating costs to a minimum.
Responsible for maintaining the building lighting system and overseeing its controls.

Required
3 or more years of experience in a maintenance technician or building engineer role
Knowledge of building management systems and controls
Experience with computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) and working off work orders
