Responsibilities

Creating, improving and validating processes

Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes

Analyzing, identifying, and correcting data issues with systems used or owned by a department

Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings

Managing and leading a team of associates of 3-5 associates

Leveraging process improvement methodologies to improve and control processes

Lead operational readiness and change management efforts driven by substantial changes in technology in Check Processing

This position does require onsite attendance
