Responsibilities
Procure language interpreter services from qualified interpreters as per work orders and task orders
Complete activities within the Order-to-Fulfill business process including work order solicitation, contractor selection, and award
Utilize program databases for updating information and monitoring operational requirements
Conduct profit-loss analysis for work order requirements and coordinate interpreter travel
Ensure procurement activities are in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements and allocate resources
Plan, organize, and prioritize work activities to meet deadlines
Use judgment to ensure work orders are fulfilled efficiently
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
Minimum of two years’ of related administrative/coordination experience supporting a language services or other relatable program
Must be able to effectively communicate through oral and written communication with customers, management and other coworkers
Must be high-energy, flexible, work well with teams, and able to find creative solutions
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English
