Responsibilities

Build and lead a dynamic team with diverse knowledge and experience

Deliver solutions that exceed expectations

Hands-on maintenance and repair for HVAC, including package units and rooftop units

Optimize business operations for client partners

Develop innovative technical solutions and manage key performance indicators

Organize workday in advance and prioritize work

Focus on staff development and team building

Manage schedules, labor, and work orders using CMMS systems

Utilize strong technical knowledge in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing

Enhance business processes and optimize infrastructure

Required

Experience with CMMS, MAXIMO or SchoolDude

The ability to organize the workday in advance to and prioritize work

Strong Leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building

Experience instilling strong work ethics direct report teams and demonstrated strategy develop those skills

A proven track record of successful Facilities Management, ideally in a university, hospital or large property

Demonstrated success managing schedules, labor and OT, entering and tracking Work Orders using CMMS systems

Strong technical knowledge of and 3-5 years experience in HVAC mechanical, electrical, plumbing, safety systems, and team management

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
