Responsibilities
Lead generation for booked appointments for the sales team
Carrying out messaging and strategy tests, compiling feedback/results, and displaying team insights
Understand Hyros Reporting and campaign optimization
Must be able to follow company nomenclature and monitor/manage projects effectively
Monitoring and reviewing campaign performance
Bringing strategic insights and creative ideas from the main sales argument by reviewing data and insights from calls
Creating content is a plus, if not compiling content by collaborating with content teams to carry out email marketing functions
Ability to develop spending budgets and reports strategy back to the team
Produce Media Buying Reports
Creative Analysis Reports
Leads within Marketing Budgets
Bring insights and collaborate with teams on initiatives and next steps
Lead marketing calls with the company and present on C suite meetings and all hands meetings campaign insights and targets met

Required
2 Years of agency experience
Familiar with finance and the eCommerce space
Facebook / IG Paid Advertising Media Buying
TikTok Media Buying
Must have handled 50k + a month in ad budget (show proof)
Preferred
Creating content is a plus, if not compiling content by collaborating with content teams to carry out email marketing functions.
