Responsibilities

Complete COB investigations per documented process

Understand and navigate NAIC and Medicare order of benefits rules

Perform online eligibility verifications

Make outbound phone calls to Other Insurance Carriers, providers, and/or members

Update Core operating system (Facets)

Update and track results via Excel spreadsheets

High School Diploma / GED

18 years of age OR older

2+ years Coordination of Benefits experience

2+ years experience of working in a call-center (inbound / outbound) environment

2+ years experience of reading, interpreting, and following complex process documentation

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft PowerPoint

Ability to work full time. Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7am - 7pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
