Responsibilities
Develop and facilitate creative problem-solving processes and environments, with impact at the product and team level.
Anticipate design trends and look for ways to evolve design standards.
Create influential strategies that cross organizational boundaries to achieve broad business goals.
Provide visual design stewardship for ongoing work and set a vision for future direction.
Produce designs that drive simplicity despite complexity of the system.
Establish frameworks and philosophies that scale and extend across the product line.
Envision and establish new input models.
Use prototypes to communicate product-line concepts, narratives, and experience value propositions.
Act as a user advocate and evangelize the customer/patient view throughout the organization.
Present work to senior leaders across the organization.
Influence strategy and build plans that consider potential obstacles and immediate and long-term consequences.
Effectively communicate the business strategy and how work aligns to broader goals.
Estimate work time involved in projects and communicate changes in scope and timelines to stakeholders.
Work with other engineering, product management, & product design leaders across the organization.
