Responsibilities

Strategize, plan, and execute omni-channel, multi-tactic marketing campaigns to, or in support of, high-value strategic and enrollment partners.

Develop and deliver a compelling content strategy to drive earned media to grow category awareness, engagement, and consideration metrics aligned to the category, Including:

Mature thought leadership strategy

Drive proprietary research that solicits engagement

Advance associate organic social media to build category awareness

Build and present/co-present PowerPoint decks for kick-off calls, campaign analytics, and business reviews.

Provide creative guidance and serve as a value-added contributor to creative strategy and review.

Host and participate in internal team meetings to keep all departments synced with client status, plans, open items, to-dos, challenges, performance, etc.

Embrace and deliver on specific company growth initiatives.

Continuing education on position-specific topics, including marketing strategy, analysis, presentation, persuasion, etc.

Complete any duties/responsibilities deemed appropriate by the senior management team.

Consistently deliver performance improvement of marketing campaigns, driving scale and optimization based on marketing objectives.

Steadily and profitably grow your client base’s contribution to the company's overall revenue, maintaining a consistent and meaningful upward trajectory.
