Responsibilities
Lead the engineering and maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.

Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in facilities management.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
