Responsibilities

Manage and ensure the efficiency of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Act as a liaison between Global QA and Site QA.

Drive the closures of CAPAs and CARs and verify compliance with KPIs, customer complaints, record keeping, and documentation.

Prepare the site for ISO 9001 audits.

Present to leadership and liaise with external and internal customers.
