Responsibilities
Working with other team leads, internal customers, and execs to determine their needs in support of business goals
Proactively initiating solutions to current and future challenges, guiding, growing
Managing the daily functions and technical direction of 6-7 direct reports
Collaborating with three sister teams (A.I, Manufacturing Automation, I.T).
Make necessary budget decisions
Utilize any and all resources to build out future engineering teams

Required
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related Software degree (Masters preferred)
Proven people leader and manager. Must have had direct reports.
Software Architect experience - -Need to be able to architect solutions through process mapping
Software experience: Backend such as Python, SQL etc, data infrastructure development
Must be extremely goal oriented, able to take initiative with a sense of urgency
