Responsibilities
Collaborate on multi-year Privacy and Consent product strategy for Ford Motor Company
Define vision, goals, and investments for products
Develop new product pitches and requirements, and translate into high-quality product roadmaps
Develop strong relationships across a wide range of internal stakeholders
Manage a diverse roadmap and make tradeoff decisions between investments across multiple years
Analyze data and perform sophisticated analytical exercises
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rapidly changing data privacy legislative landscape across the globe
Manage weekly and monthly product/business reporting

Required
Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
5+ years of product management experience
3+ years of recent Privacy and Consent experience
3+ years of experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
3+ years of Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
3+ years of experience with end-to-end product delivery
Preferred
MBA or equivalent
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, ability to impact outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with global team members
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership
Excellent business judgment and demonstrated ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
Self-starter who is customer obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player
A proven track record of setting and exceeding aggressive goals
Ability to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations
