Responsibilities
Assisting, guiding, and leading others in assembling data to support contract research, case filing, and eTariff practices/procedures.
Leading interconnection contract tasks, developing negotiations with customers, and drafting agreement terms & conditions.
Developing, implementing, and leading projects and process work within specialized field of expertise.
Preparing and presenting complex regulatory subjects and strategies to management and regulatory bodies.
Making complex decisions based on calculated risk and defending decisions in the interest of the company.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Geoscience, Mathematics or similar quantitative degree AND 8 years relative field, operations or analytical experience; OR,
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Geoscience, Mathematics or similar quantitative degree AND 12 years relative field, operations or analytical experience; OR,
High School diploma or GED AND 15 years relative field, operations or analytical experience.
Proficiency with spreadsheets is required.
Proficient oral and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate strategy and provide guidance to management and customers is required.
Understanding of one-line diagrams, for interconnection contract purposes is required.
Required to work mandatory ”on-call” requirements over weekends, holidays, vacations, etc. as necessary to meet regulatory requirements, including filing dates required by the Company or as imposed by an applicable regulatory Commission.
Occasional travel will be required, such as: to meet with customers and/or stakeholder meetings/events, to advocate the Company’s position.
Preferred
Master’s degree, in areas of study identified above, is preferred.
Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Professional Engineer, or similar certification/license is preferred.
