Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions across the full stack, encompassing both frontend and backend components.
Create and optimize databases and data models to support robust application functionalities.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to prioritize, plan, and deliver software projects.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
Ensure clear and effective communication of work progress to maintain alignment within the development team and with stakeholders.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a Full Stack Developer role.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and proficiency with major JS frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, and strong capabilities in database design and data modeling.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving collective goals.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred
Previous experience in the cryptocurrency industry, currency exchange, or mobile finance software development.
Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Prior experience as a technical lead or manager within a software development team.
