Responsibilities

Supporting teams in Renewable Energy and Power Transmission Network business areas
Taking on administrative tasks independently in coordination areas such as Event Management, Publishing, and Stakeholder Management in projects
Conducting strategic basic research, formatting, correcting, and quality control of presentations, concepts, and editorial texts
Managing communication interfaces with external service providers, documenting and filing project documents, and assisting teams in project-related daily activities such as media evaluations, stakeholder analyses, and data maintenance

Required

Du bist immatrikulierte:r Studierende:r, verfügst bereits über erste Erfahrung in den genannten Aufgabengebieten und arbeitest selbständig, zuverlässig und engagiert
Du studierst derzeit im Bereich Kommunikation, Raum-, Umwelt- oder Landschaftsplanung oder Erneuerbare Energien und bist routiniert im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen Word, Excel und PowerPoint
Organisationstalent, eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und eine hohe Serviceorientierung nach innen und außen in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld zeichnen dich aus
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Schreibstil runden dein Profil ab
Hierfür solltest du mindestens 6 Monate zur Verfügung stehen

Preferred

Planungs- bzw. Infrastrukturprojekten, erneuerbaren Energien und energiepolitischen Themenstellungen interessieren dich, du hast eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, dich schnell und sorgfältig in verschiedene Themen einzuarbeiten
