Manage multiple workstreams, steering acquisitions from LOI to closure with precision and efficiency.
Assist the Director across relevant workstreams and contribute to post-LOI diligence requests.
Assess quality of earnings reports and develop financial models for acquisitions, translating findings into insightful presentations.
Collaborate closely with business owners post-acquisition, refining strategies and tracking progress.
Work in tandem with the FP&A team to integrate models into the broader financial ecosystem.
Cultivate a profound understanding of the business, identifying and capitalizing on revenue growth opportunities.
Grasp revenue drivers, regulatory nuances, and strategic initiatives to bolster sales.
Hone communication skills to articulate business opportunities and foster relationships with founder-owners.
Facilitate the transfer of financial insights to key stakeholders, supporting seamless integration.
Provide ongoing support to business owners, leveraging financial expertise and market knowledge for value creation.
Uphold synergy assumptions and integration budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Aid accounting in interpreting historical financial statements.

Required
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and scenario analysis.
