Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.

Manage document repositories and ensure the upkeep of project documentation.

Create workflow diagrams and screen mockups to facilitate project understanding.

Act as a liaison between technology and business teams, driving the development and enhancement of systems.

Conduct in-depth business process analysis and cost/benefit assessments to align technology solutions with strategic initiatives.

Lead project teams in achieving business user acceptance and evaluating project progress.

Resolve issues internally and externally, ensuring timely resolution and workflow efficiency.

Work closely with development and testing teams to clarify requirements and review test cases.

Define acceptance criteria for stories and defects.
