Responsibilities
Define the work that the agile development team performs to ensure the product meets the defined requirements of the capability.
Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
Convert customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Required
A current and active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph though our MD Customer is required to start. Latest Polygraph must be less than 5 years old.
BS + 5 years of exp; MS + 3 years of exp; PhD + 1 years of exp is required.
Experience with SysML and Model based system Engineering concepts.
Experience with designing and developing new systems using Model Based System Engineering tools including CAMEO.
Proven disciplined System Engineering experience with requirement-driven design through formal V&V.
Experience working in Agile (SAFe) environments.
Experience working with Software Development teams utilizing MBSE artifacts to drive Software Development.
Preferred
An ability to interface with external entities is preferred.
Demonstrated technical leadership experience is highly preferred.
Experience with Business Development Efforts is highly desired.
Experience with Capture and Proposal activities is highly desired.
Experience as a Agile Team Product Owner or ScrumMaster.
