Responsibilities
ECO Management: Manage the full lifecycle of engineering change orders from initiation through implementation. Ensure all changes are documented, approved, and communicated effectively.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans for ECO implementation, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget. Ensure all ECOs align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with ECOs and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols. Ensure all ECOs meet the required standards and specifications.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders. Provide project updates, reports, and presentations as needed.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues related to ECOs promptly. Implement solutions to keep projects on track and ensure successful completion.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation for all ECOs, including plans, progress reports, and final deliverables. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering project management, with a focus on engineering change management. Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects.
Hebrew – high proficiency in speaking, writing and reading.
English – high proficiency in speaking, writing and reading.
Preferred
Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Previous experience in medical devices companies – a plus.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified – an advantage
