Responsibilities

ServiceNow Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts. Manage ServiceNow upgrades and patching processes.
IT Asset Management (ITAM): Implement and manage ITAM processes within ServiceNow, ensuring accurate tracking of IT assets throughout their lifecycle. Develop and maintain asset management policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and monitor license usage.
Hardware Asset Management (HAM): Administer and enhance HAM functionalities in ServiceNow to manage hardware assets efficiently. Track and manage hardware inventory, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal. Conduct regular audits of hardware assets to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within ITAM and HAM modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.
Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to junior administrators and end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, workflows, and processes. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into asset management performance and compliance.

Required

Highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Administrator
Specialized expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
Deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities, particularly in ITAM and HAM modules
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and mentor junior administrators
Experience in overseeing the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
Ability to configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts
Experience in managing ServiceNow upgrades and patching processes
Implementation and management of ITAM processes within ServiceNow
Development and maintenance of asset management policies, procedures, and standards
Experience in ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements and monitoring license usage
Administration and enhancement of HAM functionalities in ServiceNow
