Responsibilities

Collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop, manage, and execute a fully integrated marketing strategy across all aspects of the customer journey through pre-sale to post sale support.

Serve as product market expert as it relates to EMS and Fire products for both ZOLL and the competition. Collects, analyzes and maintains competitive intelligence and communicates information as appropriate within the organization.

Develop sales training materials and executes training events for internal stakeholders

Take customer satisfaction as a personal goal to ensure ZOLL customers and field sales and clinical teams receive the highest level of support from marketing.

Provide effective management and coaching to team members in both traditional and digital marketing.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in communication, marketing or business required

5-8+ years medical device marketing experience
