Responsibilities

Support the Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) Program
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Bad Actor Analysis (BAA)
Facilitate Design for Reliability (DfR) and Design for Maintainability (DfM)
Collaborate on the Condition-based Maintenance (CbM) Program
Calculate Asset Life-Cycle Costs (LCC) and durations on critical equipment

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
3+ years of previous maintenance experience
Experience with Preventative Maintenance programs
Familiarity with statistical tools and software
Excellent teamwork and facilitation skills

Preferred

Willingness to obtain CMRP and PdM certifications
Remote position that requires up to 75% travel
