Responsibilities
Support the implementation of a global people data and reporting strategy
Analyze business processes and systems to improve data quality and integrity
Develop and maintain internal documentation and training materials
Oversee the development of People data reports and data visualizations
Coordinate resolution of system and report defects with stakeholders

Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of experience in process analysis and systems implementation
3+ years of experience in reporting and information analysis within an HR or systems environment
Experience with UKG Pro, Jobvite, Informatica, or Cognos BI
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Preferred
International/multi-country/continent HCM experience
Experience with HR, recruiting, or learning management systems
