Responsibilities
Create and maintain a master work scope for tracking purposes.
Walk out shutdown jobs and develop job packages.
Identify work types and read P&ID’s and Loop Drawings.
Assist in development of shutdown budget and manpower requirements.
Prepare bid packages for contract work and review bid packages.
Build shutdown books for field supervisor and files for each job.
Support scheduler in update reporting and logistic planning for work in shutdown area.
Manage a high-volume workload and write status/progress reports.
Provide technical guidance to less experienced planning personnel.
Attend and complete required trainings and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years’ related job experience in petrochemical/ refinery industry
Experienced in the use of PC software (Excel, Word, etc.)
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic team environment and to work independently or with minimal supervision unless a complex planning and scheduling task is involved
CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)
Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position
A passion for working with children
Two+ years childcare experience
Excellent work and personal references
U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus
Competent swimmer
Non-smoker
Willing to go through extensive Background Check
Willingness to show proof of immunizations
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
Practical knowledge of subcontracting activities typical to the engineering and construction industry
SAP or Maximo experience is preferred
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study
Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident
