Responsibilities
Perform complex functional economic analysis to evaluate costs and risks
Develop and defend cost estimates for programs using Agile development
Advise on cost products utilizing DoDI standards
Provide documentation for program cost estimates and impacts
Develop cost estimates and documentation for PEO EIS programs
Maintain cost models, methodologies, and conduct cost risk analyses
Track and analyze Earned Value Management
Develop ROI analyses and presentations
Prepare and execute data calls, develop WBS, and maintain metrics
Support program funds phasing plans and other required documents
Defend programs to higher Army HQ and provide cost guidance
Prepare briefings, templates, and support cost review boards
Support internal and external offices by being an active member of IPTs
Support special projects requiring cost expertise

Required
A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field that included or was supplemented by; at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, quantitative methods, or organization and management is required.
Three or more years of experience Working at Inalab Consulting, Inc.
