Responsibilities

Leads development of the program architecture and top-level plans for a program.

Develops program organizational, work structures, top-level program and execution plans.

Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners, and customers.

Implements customer and program communication and contact plans.

Initiates assignments and independently leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions, or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs.

Leads proposal activities and performs as TCL for BSCP New Business Gated Process and GSEP Production Platform.

Leads or consults on the development of performance reports. Initiates assignments and independently leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management.

Leads or consults on the development of cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses.

Leads, analyzes, and presents business cases using appropriate indices to maximize profitability and shareholder value.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

5+ years’ experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)

5+ years’ experience in Program Management

5+ years’ experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

5+ years’ experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
