Develop and implement brand strategy for Pepsi, focusing on innovation and consumer-centric activities.

Lead a team responsible for brand development and marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with Senior Group Brand Manager for Pepsi and Pepsi Zero to ensure brand alignment and success.

Required

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant industry certifications can be advantageous.

6+ years of experience in a related field.

2 – 4 years of experience in industrial automation or a related field.

Technical proficiency working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), motor drives, and configurable electronics. Hands-on experience with Rockwell, Siemens, and Beckhoff controllers preferred.
