Synthesize and communicate financial and operations data effectively
Partner with business leaders in budgeting and forecasting processes
Develop and present performance metrics and scorecards
Create analytical models to evaluate ongoing operations and special projects
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

Required
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles
Advanced Excel skills with experience in building data models and macros
Strong data-gathering and problem-solving skills
Understanding of key performance drivers impacting financial results
Experience with ERP systems, data consolidation tools, and data analytics tools
Preferred
Experience using Epicor or similar ERP systems
Familiarity with Cognos Controller or similar data reporting tools
Knowledge of Power BI or similar data analytics tools
