Responsibilities
Independently participate in gathering complex business requirements by defining the business problem and data needs with customers.
Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions using multiple data structures and sources.
Collaborate with IT teams on analytic infrastructures, data engineering, and technical standards.
Apply data visualization methodologies to identify trends and interpret patterns for data insights.
Act as a trusted advisor to drive business value through data visualization and analytics.
Participate in industry groups to stay updated on trends and share processes with the team.
Ensure effective identification, measurement, monitoring, and control of risks in accordance with policies and procedures.

Required
Bachelor's degree in quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science, or other business-related field; OR 4 years of related experience in statistics, mathematics or quantitative analytics or related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
4 years of experience in data/analytics or functional business experience within the respective industry of responsibility (i.e., P&C, Bank, Finance, etc.) OR advanced degree in quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science or other quantitative field with 2 years’ experience in data/analytics or functional business experience within the respective industry of responsibility (i.e. P&C, Bank, Finance, etc.)
Experience identifying and implementing innovative approaches to address business problems and solutions
Experience developing business deliverables that leverage business intelligence platforms, data management platforms, or SQL-based languages (Tableau, Business Objects, Snowflake, Hadoop, Netezza, NoSQL, ANSI SQL, or related)
Proven ability to build business knowledge through significant partnerships at the individual contributor, leadership, and EMG levels
Demonstrated advanced communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations to all levels of management
Ability to embed intuitive storytelling within business intelligence solutions
Preferred
4+ years of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience with large financial institutions
6+ years of experience with SQL
Experience with Snowflake, Python, Tableau, and SAS
Ability to create insightful visualizations of complex data and communicate findings to senior executives and broad audiences
Strong (oral and written) communication with partners/leadership to provide effective reporting to indirectly influence others outside your department
US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
